Hi, I'm Mark Franco
Senior engineer. Sydney local. Been doing this since 2011.
I started building websites for Sydney small businesses back in 2011. Tradies, local shops, fitness studios — I loved helping them get online and look professional.
Then I spent 10+ years in enterprise engineering — EY, Flight Centre, Leonardo.Ai, and Southern Cross Austereo — building systems that handle millions of requests, cutting latency by 50%, and saving teams 15+ hours a week through automation.
